Although several cytokines are used as hematopoietic growth factors, G-CSF and GM-CSF are the most widely used among them and generally well tolerated for short- and long-term use. Vasculitis with multisystem involvement is a rare, but serious side effect of hematopoietic growth factor use. A rare case of vasculitis with multiple organ system involvement including skin, lungs and kidney involvement, believed to be related with G-CSF use is presented.
